Cesar Helal is the G20 Sherpa Track project lead at Richard Attias & Associated. He is also the Technology Partnership lead at the FII Institute, a non-for-for profit global foundation that seeks to empower the world’s brightest ideas to materialize and scale sustainably. Prior to this, he worked as the Harvard Arab Alumni Association (HAAA) program manager where he implemented several innovative initiatives and social enterprises,including the 3Arabi Impact, that have the power to positively impact the Arab World. Previously, Cesar co-established an independent strategic communications company in Dubai committed to empowering individuals through business entrepreneurship and disruptive technologies training programs. He started his career in the investment banking industry.
Cesar holds an MSc in financial engineering from ESSEC Business School and a BEng in civil engineering from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
