ABDULHAKIM ELGADI | LIBYA
Abdulhakim Elgadi is a Libyan expert on coding, artificial intelligence, philosophy, mathematics and program management at the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies and a core team member of the AEIF project at Code on the Road. He was awarded the Fulbright Foreign Student Program Scholarship to pursue an MA in Philosophy at The New School for Social Research in New York. He also holds a diploma in Philosophy from the University of London, an MA in Engineering in Artificial Intelligence through a Japanese government scholarship at the Nagoya Institute of Technology in Japan, and a BSc in Engineering from the University of Tripoli, Libya. He has taught coding, computing and artificial intelligence at the University of Tripoli and the University of Gharyan. Abdulhakim has also held various managerial and research positions at the Libyan Post Telecommunications & Information Technology Company (LPTIC), Kalam Research & Media (KRM), Agathon Systems, and Elga Publishing House. He is fluent in Arabic, English, Japanese, and German.
